We don't believe in selling a course and take pride in making our free education more valuable than our competitor's paid courses. What kind of properties do you focus on? We prefer to work with single-family homes only. Within that, we focus on applying the BRRRR strategy with Section 8 tenants. Ultimately, we teach principles that work regardless of if you follow our criteria or not. What experience do I need to get started? We work with people buying their first property all the way to investors with impressive portfolios. If your courses are free, why should anyone pay for coaching? We believe that the value of a good coaching program is in the hand-holding and guidance that you can receive to help you in your journey.
